Introducing - Zlata M Stubbs

Born and educated in Slovakia, known then as Czechoslovakia and moved via the Netherlands to the UK in 1973. Zlata has a vast and varied experience in industry, in both technical, management, consulting and coaching capacity. Her background is in manufacturing and operational management.

Most of Zlata's working life was in various managerial functions within manufacturing industries in the UK, Netherlands and Hungary.

Although a resident of the United Kingdom for 30 years, she speaks Slovak fluently, as she was born and educated in Slovakia, therefore also knows the culture, customs and educational backgrounds of this region including the Czech Republic and the language. Zlata further speaks Dutch and some German.

Zlata's consulting activities have been based in the UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia working with multinational organisations. Having been involved, during last 8 years, in setting up new green field factory sites in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia for multinational companies. The involvement in assignments ranged from Recruitment and Training to Operational Management and interim Plant Management, with projects' duration between 6 months and 3 years. See Consulting.
